Our journey began not just as a cosmetics brand, but as a mission rooted in love, loss, and legacy. In the summer of 2023, our founder walked through one of the hardest seasons of her life—watching her son fight for every breath in the NICU. During those moments of uncertainty, a simple act of kindness—a gift bag with a bracelet from Kendra Scott—sparked something extraordinary. That one piece of jewelry brought a flicker of peace in the middle of chaos.

After her son’s passing, more symbolic gifts followed. But one by one, those necklaces faded, rusted, and couldn’t last—just like the heartbreak they represented. So, she decided to create something different: a lasting beauty experience that would later grow into a makeup store in New York, built on meaning, resilience, and remembrance.

Rockstar New York Cosmetics expanded to include customized, lasting jewelry—pieces made to honor stories, carry names, and celebrate the people we love. Our signature Sunshine Necklace, named after her son

Michael, is crafted from 24K gold-plated stainless steel that never rusts or tarnishes—because love like his should last forever.

Twice a year, we return to the NICU to gift jewelry to mothers walking that

same road. And with every purchase, a portion goes to support children with lung and heart disease.
